*** This is a second grade version of our Courageous Mug ***
Our mugs are all individually hand decorated and therefore, at times, some of the mugs produced have small defects or blemishes in the design (a fuzzy letter, an area of mottling or mark in the glaze) and therefore we grade them as seconds.
The usability of the mugs is not compromised by these design defects.
On many of the mugs, the imperfection is marked by a black pen. This comes off when you wipe it.

I was completely happy with one of my mugs, but a little disappointed that plainer of the mugs had now words at all, the only sign that it was one of your mugs was it had your logo on, as I love the encouraging words & declarations.
