Standard Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you change your mind or it is not what you are looking for, please don’t worry, just email us at with your order number, telling us whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Then send the item/items back to us within 14 days. (We recommend you obtain a proof of postage). Our returns address is:

Once, we have received the item/items, we will process an exchange or refund, providing it is/they are in original condition, of course,

Please note: We will process refunds as quickly as possible. However, if we’re really busy, it can take up-to 7 days from the date of receipt, or up to 10 days during the busy Christmas and Sale periods. Should you have any queries about the status of your return, please e-mail

If you have received a faulty or damaged item please email us as soon as possible, at

We really hope that your order arrives in one piece, but in the event of any products being faulty, we will cover the cost of the postage (up to £10 for UK and up to £20 for the Rest of the World) and exchange the products for you. If you receive any broken crockery, don't worry about returning it to us, just send us a photo to and we'll either exchange or replace the product(s) for you. If you are returning products that are not faulty, then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.

Before returning any undamaged or non-faulty items to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, ensuring the tags are still attached. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.

I AM SO MANY THINGS LTD. reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which we can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, we will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed.

Please note we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on underwear or T-shirts for hygiene reasons.

Providing you have proof of purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange on faulty or damaged goods for up to 14 days.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it, or make any changes to it. If you do change your mind, please wait to receive the parcel and return it back to us using the procedure above.
