Standard Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if it’s not up to scratch, don’t worry, just send it back to us within 14 days and providing it is in it's original condition, we’ll gladly exchange it for you. Sadly we don't do refunds.

Just fill in the returns form that came in your parcel and send it back to us. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process it as quickly as possible. However, if we’re really busy, it can take up-to 7 days from the date of receipt, or up to 10 days during the busy Christmas and Sale periods. Should you have any queries about the status of your return, please e-mail email@example.com.
THE BORING (BUT IMPORTANT) STUFF
We really hope that your order arrives in one piece, but in the event of any products being faulty, we will cover the cost of the postage (up to £10 for UK and up to £20 for the Rest of the World) and exchange the products for you. If you receive any broken crockery, don't worry about returning it to us, just send us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll either exchange or replace the product(s) for you. If you’re returning an item from overseas because it’s faulty, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you are returning products that are not faulty, then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.
Before returning any undamaged or non-faulty items to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, ensuring the tags are still attached. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.
I AM SO MANY THINGS LTD. reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which we can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, we will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed.
Please note we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on underwear or T-shirts for hygiene reasons.
Providing you have proof of purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange on faulty or damaged goods for up to 14 days.
CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it, or make any changes to it. If you do change your mind, please wait to receive the parcel and return it back to us using the procedure above.
