I ordered a product at the end of May and it's now July and not only did I never receive the product, I emailed several times referencing my order number and tracking number. After each email there were several working days between responses and I received neither an acknowledgement of the next step nor a refund.
Previously I had ordered and paid more for a different order to be shipped faster and it did not arrive as expected. On that occasion I contacted customer service and was offered a refund of the extra postage and packaging costs. Therefore I didn't hesitate to get in touch and was willing to wait a little, however, several months with terrible communication is very frustrating.
The product was a birthday gift, ordered 3 weeks before the day. Safe to say I missed the birthday.
Overall, very disappointing.
