Complaint ignored and deleted from review page!

I am shocked and disgusted that my two emails of complaint have been ignored and my last-resort one-star review, which I posted yesterday, has been deleted from your page! This is not what I expect from any professional business, let alone a Christian company! I would like a response to my complaint as soon as possible, otherwise I will be contacting the consumer ombudsman.
