Hi Thank you so much for the orange and grey Hope mugs. I had bought as present, the orange one was fine and we were vert pleased. Unfortunately the grey one was completely broken into several pieces. I have contacted the delivery service but not surprisingly I have not received any reply. I do love your products and it will not deter me from buying from you again but it was disappointing.
